T-shirt Tuesday!

Whew! Sorry about missing last week's posts. Been so busy lately! However, I did have time to do a few t-shirt photos. This week's shirt is an oldie but a favorite, and comes from ....where else? Threadless.com. I swear I should get ad revenue or something. It is called Beauty Before Death and is currently on sale! I've had this one for awhile, but I never get tired of it. Love the concept, even though I do not like snakes.

T-shirt Tuesday!

Sigh. I haven't been posting on here lately. I've been writing, well, lots of fiction, and now I'm involved in TWO plays, so my dance card is rather full. I'm loving it though. After all, life is meant to be lived, right? So it is with this busy thought that I bring you a somewhat cheating T-shirt Tuesday! 

This shirt was part of my Tonks costume for San Diego Comic Con, which I had the pleasure of attending this year (another day I dressed like Envy Adams from Scott Pilgrim -- click here if you're interested in full pics of Comic Con).

I made this shirt using a basic Mossimo t-shirt from Target, which I decorated with The Weird Sisters letters, just like in the book! On the back, I made an iron-on of tour dates! Check it out!

I apologize for my lack of posting last week, with Comic Con and play rehearsals, I just had no time! I'll try to be better, but posts will be spotty the next few weeks. So without further ado, I present this week's t-shirt!

I love the vintage-y look of this shirt, and the pretty pink color! I got this one from Ebay, and I think that it can still be found through such outlets. I heart Barbie!!!

My favorite day of the week! This week's t-shirt is awesome, combining two of my favorite things: Audrey Hepburn and zombies! Take a look!

I apologize for the lateness of this post! Busy day after a long weekend of hiking, grilling, beaching, and relaxing. I love long weekends! Great, great weather here as we hiked beautiful Torrey Pines.

This week's shirt was created to celebrate the Sabre-toothed Lime from the online game, Kingdom of Loathing. Yes, I'm a nerd. For awhile, I was really into the low-tech graphics and general humor of this game. I still love the shirt!

This shirt combines two of my favorites -- Apocalyptic comedy and hard rock! The title at the bottom is Zuul. :) It's no longer available on Woot, but the title was Gozerhead, like Motorhead! Ha! Check out the lil StayPuff charm! Don't cross the streams!

Happy Tuesday! After a great weekend, and a looooong Monday filled with work and lasagna, we're at my favorite part of the week! T-shirt Tuesday! This week's shirt is all about childhood fun, Hong Kong Phooey! I bought this shirt a million years ago at Target, so no links this week. It's actually a little small, so this might be the last time that I wear it. Comments??

T-shirt Tuesday!

Here we are again! Hope that everyone's week is going well. Mine is BUSY! Dr. appts, work, play rehearsals, this and that...I'm feeling the stress a bit!

This week's t-shirt is from Forever21. I know, I know, most of their stuff is strictly for the under 21 crowd, but I've been able to find some really neat stuff there over the years (although I think that I am WAY too old to shop there.).

I love the Frenchiness of this shirt, with the word "lire" in French, which means, "to read." And just look at the pile of books our heroine is carrying! I love the blue tones and the lightness of the shirt. It is so comfy on a hot day!

Happy Tuesday everyone! Busy, busy week ahead for me! Rehearsals for a play that I'm in (more on that later!), restaurant reviews to write, just trying not to get ahead of myself and overwhelmed. I've a great post on the horizon about getting out there and having fun (spurned on by some reader questions!!!)! Speaking of fun, check out my review of the Coffee Olympics that I attended on Friday!

On to this week's t-shirt! This week's shirt is from, wait for it, Threadless! Seriously, I need some rehab! They usually have such great deals though, I can't stop! This shirt is no longer available on their site, but you can request that it be reprinted if you like it. It is called She Doesn't Even Realize and for some reason is no longer available at all in yellow.

It's that time of the week again! I hope that everyone had a lovely Memorial Day weekend. I know that I did! Lots of good food and quality time spent with my husband. The weather was incredible here in San Diego!

This week's t-shirt is another Threadless creation, and one of my all-time favorites. I just love the blue color, and the sentiment behind the title, Let Go. It is available right now at the web site, and on sale!

I apologize for missing last week's post. Life got in the way a bit, and I didn't have a chance to snap a pic of any of my shirts! However, this week, I made a determined effort to nab a pic to share.

This shirt is another wootshirt (shirt.woot.com) that is currently being sold here on their site. I really don't have much brown clothing, but I really love the contrast of this shirt, and the slight Alice in Wonderland theme. Pretty enough to wear out, right?

I apologize for my lack of posting yesterday. Monday just seemed to get away from me! I've tons of good posts planned for this week, including a new scone recipe! Also, I've posted a couple of reviews to San Diego Dining Dish, so check them out!

This week's t-shirt was worn in honor of Free Comic Book day. It was a limited edition from Threadless.com (I promise they aren't paying me to say how much I love their shirts!). The concept was created by Jill Thompson for San Diego Comic Con 2010. There were 4 shirts in this series, all named "Every Night I Have the Same Dream." I just love the zombie-fighting heroine!  And yes, I do dream about fighting zombies!

Here we are again! My favorite post of the week! Today's T-shirt is from one of my favorite, favorite movies, The Nightmare Before Christmas. It is actually one of the few pieces of merch from this movie that I bought myself. I get lots of presents pertaining to this movie -- I guess my love of it is famous! :)

I bought this shirt at the Disney Store, and it is sadly no longer available. However, they always have cool NBC stuff! The black rose appliques are velvet.

t's that day of the week! I'm really enjoying sharing my collection with everyone. This week's shirt is by wootshirt (shirt.woot.com). The name is Sakura Sauce. Wootshirt is one of those one-a-day companies where they post a new shirt each day, and it is available for a very low price (and free shipping!). I adored this shirt, and couldn't pass it up for the price! Sadly, it is no longer available, but that's what makes it cool! Limited supply! Sakura (cherry blossoms) are one of my favorite flowers, and I love the contrast of the bright pink with the gray. Happy Tuesday!

Another awesome shirt from Threadless! I love, love this shirt. It's called The Communist Party. It's so funny! And you can buy it here. After months of admiring it on their website, I realized that I laughed every time I saw it, and I had to have it! :)

Today's t-shirts is from my all-time favorite place from which to purchase t-shirts: Threadless.com. Threadless is an online community that prints user-submitted designs on high-quality shirts. The user submits her design, then the members vote. If there are enough positives, then Threadless prints the shirt on a t-shirt color that they deem "fits" the subject manner. Check out this one!

This shirt is called The Icecreamator. I truly adore the look of the bright rainbows against the stark black, and the crazy ice cream machine! This shirt is no longer available from their site, but they reprint at request! So if you want one, send them a request and they may reprint it!!!

T-shirt Tuesday!

In one of my previous posts, I mused that I have quite a lot of quirky t-shirts. I had the idea to start sharing them one by one with all of ya'll via pictures on my blog. So here goes...

The first t-shirt for T-shirt Tuesday is by Em and Sprout. The design is called Kiki Kokeshi, and I love it! When I was in Japan in 2009, I absolutely fell in love with these sweet little dolls, and I love the way it is depicted on this shirt. And it's red! What's not to love?
